I am writing to let you know how proud and thrilled we are with our Grand Salon and Guest Suites projects.  Pam went above and beyond to accommodate the needs for our Residents and the Board.  We always felt as though we were a top priority and that her response time to our needs was very prompt.  We get many compliments as guests walk into our beautiful building and see Pam’s design in our Grand Salon.  It truly has captured the feel of our style while updating the look.  Our Guest Suites are beautiful, tranquil and serene.  We look forward to the season for all of our family and friends to enjoy these beautiful spaces.  Special thanks to Pam for all of her time and expertise in helping to update our common spaces with such a beautiful result!

We are a condominium complex surrounded on three sides by Gulf of Mexico waters. We have 144 owners. Each of these owners has a different interior design style concept. When we rebuilt our (53’ X 36’) Clubroom, we needed to create a décor that would make everyone happy. It was truly a challenge. Pamela Durkin accepted the challenge and “nailed it”!

From the moment Pam saw the structure (which was still under construction) and heard my committee’s comments as to colors, usage and décor expectations, she totally understood our needs.  She took our blank canvas and envisioned a beautiful plan. She created a room with a fresh, inviting look that met our every hope. She incorporated high quality furnishings with various fabric textures in a soft water colored theme. It is perfect. To top it off, Pam was a joy to work with. To this day, months later, our residents go out of their way to let my committee know how delighted they are with our Clubroom.

Pam impressed me so much during my association with her in a volunteer capacity that I hired her to work with my firm on a number of design projects. Her ability to focus on delivering the best possible solution as well as her creative approach made her a highly valuable contributor to our success on the projects she was involved with.  She has wonderful ability to slice through the superfluous to get to the core of the matter quickly and does it with a smile.  She brings extraordinary assets and comes well prepared.

It has been a great pleasure to work with Pam Durkin over a series of design projects.  From concept to execution, Pam brings strong listening skills, a fresh sense of today’s design trends, a focus on quality and, most importantly, a timely and beautiful outcome.  I especially appreciated Pam’s efficient use of time—both hers and mine and her keeping in touch throughout the life of the work.  Her staff is excellent in this regard, as are those who carry out the work.  All our work together has been on time and on budget.  I am delighted that Pam is there to make our Florida home a special place to be.
