I am writing to let you know how proud and thrilled we are with our Grand Salon and Guest Suites projects. Pam went above and beyond to accommodate the needs for our Residents and the Board. We always felt as though we were a top priority and that her response time to our needs was very prompt.

We get many compliments as guests walk into our beautiful building and see Pam’s design in our Grand Salon. It truly has captured the feel of our style while updating the look. Our Guest Suites are beautiful, tranquil and serene.

We are a condominium complex surrounded on three sides by Gulf of Mexico waters. We have 144 owners. Each of these owners has a different interior design style concept. When we rebuilt our (53’ X 36’) Clubroom, we needed to create a décor that would make everyone happy. It was truly a challenge. Pamela Durkin accepted the challenge and “nailed it”!

From the moment Pam saw the structure (which was still under construction) and heard my committee’s comments as to colors, usage and décor expectations, she totally understood our needs. She took our blank canvas and envisioned a beautiful plan. She created a room with a fresh, inviting look that met our every hope. She incorporated high quality furnishings with various fabric textures in a soft water colored theme. It is perfect. To top it off, Pam was a joy to work with. To this day, months later, our residents go out of their way to let my committee know how delighted they are with our Clubroom.

We recently finished a complete renovation of our home. One of the best, if not the best, decisions we made, was hiring Pamela Durkin as a designer. Pam took charge of the project and advocated continuously on our behalf even in areas outside of her responsibilities. Pam caught mistakes before they happened a spent time with contractors ensuring they understood what was required. Pam would take our input and generate outstanding and cost effective options.
